As a part of the President’s Crew, one is asked to not only develop their technical skills, but to work towards fundamentally understanding the business of consulting and to align one’s self with Dillon’s mission and vision. Outside of technical ability, what other components help make a successful consulting business and why? Provided you are hired into the President’s Crew, what kinds of opportunities would you look for to develop your skills as a consultant?
